2024 GOS Annual Meeting Exhibit Space and Event Registration

Increase your corporate exposure to orthopaedic surgeons across Georgia by participating in the 2024 Annual Meeting (September 26-28, 2024).  Participation as an exhibitor during the GOS annual meeting will provide value-added recognition for your company, its products, and services, as well as enhancing its market image as a friend of orthopaedic surgery and health care.

HOTEL Reservations:
New Policy this year! In order to reserve a room at the Cloister and
receive the discounted room rate of $414.00, GOS will need to receive a signed contract for exhibit space, prior to making a room reservation. If a room is reserved WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT, GOS will have the option to automatically cancel the room. You will receive a housing link after we receive your contract. The link will become effective May 1^st.    

The GOS room block is for REGISTERED GOS annual meeting attendees/paid exhibitors ONLY.  A maximum of 2 rooms is permitted per exhibiting company and those staying in the room, must be a registered/paid GOS attendee and/or children living in same household. The reserved room will automatically be cancelled by GOS if this is used for a non-meeting attendee.

Prices of exhibit booths are listed on the exhibitor application. Applications for each exhibit space must be accompanied by payment of the exhibitor fee in the form of a credit card payment or check made payable to:
