HOTEL RESERVATIONS: New Policy this year! In order to reserve a room at the Cloister and receive the discounted room rate, GOS will need to receive a signed contract for exhibit space, prior to making a room reservation. If a room is reserved WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT, GOS will have the option to automatically cancel the room.

Prices of exhibit booths are listed on the exhibitor application. Applications for each exhibit space must be accompanied by payment of the exhibitor fee in the form of a credit card payment or check made payable to:
